Recently, the demand for electronic wires is increasing due to hybrid and electric vehicle trends. To enhance the distribution of those products to overseas factories, the T11 (1100mm x 1100mm) pallet is used and the wire drum has been laid out showing a windmill-shape. The drum is now fixed by inserting the rim of the drum into the groove made of corrugated cardboard. As a result, the outsourced packaging process has been replaced by insourcing and the lead-time and the cost have been drastically reduced.
