The conventional individual packaging for service parts of the automotive HOOD required specified components according to each model shape. Therefore, the HOOD holder for the packaging to attach the lower part has been developed targeting the versatility of the materials of the outer box and the quality assurance with minimized cost. The package can now be used for 151 of 156 items (97 percent) by inserting the holder into the outer corrugated box to fix the hook by the weight of the content itself without gluing.
