Previously, these variations obstructed the development of standardized cardboard packaging. Therefore, the cardboard pallet was improved to secure pumps weighing up to 200 kg by fastening the product legs to the cardboard pallet with bolts. It is strong enough to withstand bolt tightening and features a flexible design that allows the fastening positions to be freely changed. Assembly and packing time have been reduced by 70%, and unpacking time by 90%. In addition, the solution generates no industrial wood waste and reduces CO2 emissions by 61%, successfully resolving all issues previously encountered in the study.This pad provides both cushioning and fixing functions for mail-order boxes and mixed-load cases. By simply pressing it onto the contents from above, items are securely fixed in place. It features a universal design for easy use by anyone, one-touch operability, and cost efficiency achieved through high functionality with minimal paper use.
