To improve recyclability, we developed a versatile outer box with built-in cushioning properties, eliminating for separate cushioning. By integrating a cushioning structure into the inner flaps of the FEFCO 0201 box, the packaging itself now provides both fixation and protection, eliminating the need for any additional cushioning materials. This innovation reduce is expected material usage by 10% annually. Looking ahead, we plan to expand this design across multiple sizes to further cut material consumption.to A post-in-size advent calendar package that lets you count down to Christmas with soups that warm both body and soul. Available exclusively online, it features six luxurious soups to enjoy one per day. The design is inspired by a story linked to the daily items: from the 18th to the 24th, you can follow the tale of fairies preparing for Christmas. The package is optimized for efficient manual setup, with backing paper that prevents the individually packaged soup pillows from falling out during transport.Conventional wrap-around cases were difficult required an reseal and additional shipping box when delivery notes or flyers needed to be included. To address this, we have developed a built-in insertion slot that allows delivery notes and flyers to be placed directly into the case without extra materials. This new design eliminates the need for separate shipping boxes and greatly streamlines the assembly process.to parts spare the need クリスマスに向けて身体も心も温まるスープでカウントダウンできる、ポストインサイズのアドベントカレンダーパッケージ。通販限定の贅沢な６種のスープを１日ずつめくりながら楽しめる構造になっており、日替わりのアイテムにちなんだストーリー性のあるデザインで構成。18日から24日まで、クリスマスの準備をする妖精たちの物語を楽しむことができる。手作業のセットアップが効率的にできる構造設計と、輸送時にスープの個装ピローが落ちないように台紙構造を工夫した。従来ラップアラウンドケースは再封函が難しく、納品書やチラシを同梱して発送する際は、輸送専用箱に入れ発送していた。そこで、当該品は製品の包装箱自体にチラシ挿入口を設計し、別部材を使用せずに納品書やチラシが同梱可能な形状を開発した。この仕様により、輸送専用箱を削減し、セット作業の大幅な改善となった。従来、補給品については、専用設計を行わず、汎用クッション材で緩衝し段ボールに入れ輸送を行っていた。今回リサイクル性を向上するため、クッション材のゼロ化、汎用的に使える緩衝性を兼ねた外装箱を開発した。0201形の箱の内フラップに緩衝構造を持たせることでクッション材の機能を持たせた。これにより外装箱のみで固定・緩衝が完結しクッション材のゼロ化が達成できた。年間10％クッション材の低減見込み。今後各サイズバリエーション展開しさらなるクッション材低減を図る。味の素株式会社TOPPAN株式会社株式会社トーモク株式会社デンソーエアクール恵那ダンボール株式会社Packaging Idea AwardKnorr® Advent Calendar Packaging Idea AwardEasy Operation!
