Lock with A Snap~DENSO CorporationDENSO LOGITEM CORPORATIONKARIYASHIKI Co., Ltd.工業包装部門賞『遊技機器精密部品 フレキシブルユニット梱包』京楽産業.㈱東海紙器㈱従来の遊技機器部品の梱包は各部品に専用梱包材があり、1機種で多くの箱種が発生し作業・保管スペースを圧迫していた。また、スチロールを使用した梱包材も多く、開梱・廃棄時において、作業面・環境面で負担を強いる問題があり、それらを解決するための梱包材を開発した。7種類の部品を1箱にユニット梱包にすることで、梱包材を統合し保管スペースを確保、さらに開梱後の設置・交換作業をしやすいように製品の収容方法を工夫することで小スペースでの作業を可能にした。また、オール段ボールにすることで廃棄時に仕分けする必要がなくなり作業負担・環境負荷への軽減に貢献した。工業包装部門賞『自動車用オイルクーラー集合梱包材の充填率改善組仕切の開発』日産自動車㈱マレリ㈱田中紙業㈱新製品が立ちあがるタイミングにて、自動車用オイルクーラーの海外輸出梱包時の充填率アップに資する改善組仕切を開発した。従前のオリコン容器用(リターナブル)内装資材では、現行製品(2機種)は下段が縦入れ8個、上段が横入れ3個の計11個収納であった。本作品では、新機種を含む3機種で共用できる組仕切を設計し、オフセット構造にて縦入れ2段収納を可能とした。この結果、旧荷姿の11個入に対して新荷姿は20個入れ・22個入れと充填率を約50%アップ、海外輸送での40FTコンテナ本数を年間で約45%削減できた。同時に、輸送にかかるCO2排出量削減や、資材の生産性向上による資材コスト低減も実現した。工業包装部門賞『電動ファン包装材~組み立て簡単!パチッとロック~』㈱デンソー㈱デンソーロジテム刈谷紙器㈱包装技術で社会課題(環境負荷低減・労働人口減少)解決に貢献をテーマに、構成部材の簡素化と組み立て易さの実現に向け開発に着手。外装の上フラップに製品を押える機能を付与することにより、内材の押え部分として使用していた材料を削減し“環境に優しい”包装を実現。外装に内材を落とし込み、前後に飛び出している部分を内側に折り込むだけで、自然と固定される簡易ロック機能実装で前段取り、梱包工程を楽々作業にすることで“人に優しい”包装を実現。41Conventionally, each part of an amusement machine was packaged in its own dedicated packaging, resulting in many different types of boxes for a single machine model, which took up space for work and storage. Additionally, many of the packaging materials used polystyrene, creating challenges both terms of workflow and environmental impact during unpacking and disposal. To address these issues, we have developed a new packaging solution. By packaging seven types of parts in one unit box, we are able to unify the packaging material and optimize storage space. We have also devised a method for packing the products that allows for easy installation and replacement of parts after unpacking, facilitating work in a small space. Moreover, by creating all cardboard packaging, there is no need to separate the parts when disposing of them, which helps reduce workload and environmental impact.in We have developed an innovative assembly partition that significantly enhances the packaging efficiency of automotive oil coolers for overseas export, specifically for the launch of a new model. Previously, conventional returnable containers could accommodate only 11 items: 8 placed vertically on the lower level and 3 horizontally on the upper level. Our new partition design is compatible with three different models, including the latest one, and enables vertical storage on two levels with an offset structure. This advancement has increased packaging efficiency by approximately 50%, raising the capacity from 11 items to 20 or 22 per container. As a result, the number of 40-foot containers required for overseas shipments has been reduced by around 45% annually. Furthermore, this innovation has contributed to lower CO2 emissions during transportation and significant material cost savings through improved production efficiency.With the aim of addressing social issues such as reducing environmental impact and labor shortage through packaging technology, we have to simplify components and streamline assembly. By adding a function of securing the content to the top flaps, we have eliminated a part of inner components which were used for securing in “environmentally friendly” packaging. Simply placing the inner component into the outer box and folding the inner flaps inward, a simple locking mechanism to automatically secures the component in place.
