Transport Packaging Award84 Bottle ShipperVUCA Inc.Transport Packaging AwardStacked Transport Deck of Detachable PillarLOGISTEED,LTD.Transport Packaging AwardPacking Box with Slope for Small Electron MicroscopeLOGISTEED,LTD.輸送包装部門賞『八四箱』ブーカ㈱高級嗜好、日本志向を表しギフトや贈答向けなどに適した八角形デザインは落下耐性を求めた際の必然的な結果から設計されています。図形として八角形は内部に正四角形をもちます。その四角形の角のみが八角形に接している特性を利用し、その接点が潰れる事で横に緩衝性能を発揮します。さらに外蓋と内蓋との間に余白を設ける事で縦の衝撃にも強い全面に中空構造を作り出しながら四合瓶やワインボトルを60サイズ以内で包装します。輸送包装部門賞『支柱脱着式段積み輸送用デッキ』ロジスティード㈱ウイングトレーラーやトラック荷台の上部のスペースを有効活用し積載効率の向上を目的とし開発に至った。本製品の特徴は、高さ変更機能・省スペース化・コスト低減化・荷役作業性の４つである。まず最初に、支柱を交換することでデッキ高さの変更が可能な為、下段貨物の高さによらない自由な運用、そして未使用時は支柱を取り外すことで省スペース保管ができる。また支柱高さ可変式折畳みタイプやネスティングタイプの既製品も存在するが、本製品は支柱を脱着式とすることで折畳みタイプと比較しコスト低減化、そして下部にフレームを設けない仕様とすることでネスティングタイプと比較すると荷役作業性が向上し、安全な作業が可能となる。輸送包装部門賞『小型電子顕微鏡のスロープ付き梱包箱』ロジスティード㈱顧客からの要望として、現地の搬入場所にフォークリフトやハンドリフト等の荷役機器を手配したくないというものがあり、製品のキャスターを使い、スロープ上を荷下ろし可能とすることで顧客要望を満たしたものである。すかし木箱の構造を工夫し、天パネル・側パネルを連結させることで、スロープを作成した。スロープについての要求事項として、安全・品質を確保するため、スロープの傾斜角は3°を目指し開発するように依頼があり、木箱の外寸を上げることなく、桁の高さを極力低くすることで、傾斜角3°のスロープを実現した。搬入・開梱まで含めた製品出荷に掛かるトータルコストを、包装技術をもって改善した包装案件である。33The octagonal shape, suitable for gifts and presents of high taste and special effects, was designed as an inevitable result of the need for shock shock-absorbing This differentiating octagonal shape allows wine bottles to be shipped in a compact package despite being hollow on all sides.performance. To accommodate the packaging is designed to utilize the product’s casters, allowing for unloading along a slope. This innovative design of the wooden open crate incorporates a slope created by connecting the top and side panels. The slope’s inclination angle was requested to be set at 3° to ensure safety and quality, so we have achieved this by minimizing the height of the pallet feet while maintaining the external dimensions of the wooden box.
