This time, by adopting recycled PE (PCR material) procured domestically as the recycled plastic used for this product, we aimed for domestic recycling of recycled materials. In addition, by adopting the same cap shape as SOFLAN Aroma Rich/Airis, production efficiency was improved by reducing the switching frequency on the production line. Furthermore, by reducing the weight of the bottle and the smaller and lighter cap, the company not only aimed to reduce the environmental impact, but also to reduce the economic burden on consumers by curbing cost increases caused by the use of recycled plastic.経済産業大臣賞『紙エール デザインウインドウ』日本紙パルプ商事㈱㈱イムラ紙自体を透明に加工することで、プラスチックフィルムを貼り合わせることなく、透明の窓付きのパッケージを実現しました。ご要望に合わせて透明箇所の位置や、形、大きさなど、オーダーメイドでデザインを指定できます。プラスチックの代替素材として紙単体でのパッケージを実現します。紙袋だけでなく、さまざまな用途にご検討ください。紙エールはリサイクル性のあるFSC認証紙を使用しています。経済産業省 脱炭素成長型経済構造移行推進審議官賞『ソフラン プレミアム消臭』ライオン㈱メビウスパッケージング㈱資源循環型社会の実現に向けて、当社柔軟剤であるソフランアロマリッチに続きソフランプレミアム消臭の本体ボトルにも再生プラスチックを導入した。今回は、本製品に使用する再生プラスチックとして国内で調達した再生PE（PCR材）を採用することで、再生材の国内循環を目指した。また、ソフランアロマリッチ／エアリスと同形状のキャップを採用することで生産ラインでの切替頻度減による生産効率化を図った。さらに、本体ボトル軽量化及びキャップ小型・軽量化により、環境負荷低減を狙うだけでなく再生プラスチック使用起因のコストアップを抑制し消費者の経済的負担軽減にも繋げた。Japan Star
