Additionally, it provides a cushioning function for vial products, as it creates a space between the inner face of the box and the contents. During the packaging process, the divider remains unexpanded until the flap is closed, allowing enough space for product insertion and ensuring good workability.This project involves developing an originally designed label for the “stoma pouch”, a pouch worn on the abdomen by colostomy patients (ostomates). Typically, stoma pouches are made from semi-transparent material to allow for easy monitoring of excretions, but this project was initiated because patients feel stress when changing clothes, among other situations. The material was improved to ensure the label remains intact even during bathing. In collaboration with design school students, 41 types of picture labels have been created, featuring motifs such as flowers, landscapes, and characters.This product is a full-body sweat care lotion designed for use in the bath with an improved multi-hole cap that enables direct, shower-like application of the lotion to the entire body. The cap’s outlet is structured to dispense lotion radially, with each hole angled to release lotion diagonally. This design allows for wide coverage with a single squeeze, making it easy to apply to hard-to-reach areas, such as the back. The diameter and number of holes, along with the amount of resin used in the bottle, have been optimized to ensure the ideal dispensing volume. Since lotion contains powder, mixing beads are included, and an anti-clogging rib is built into the center of the cap outlet to prevent blockages, ensuring smooth dispensing even with the multi-hole design.the
