Package Design AwardPOLA B.A GRANDLUXE IVPOLA INC.Accessible Design AwardMACHI Café Lip Push LidLawson, Inc.TOKAN KOGYO CO., LTD.Mitsubishi Corporation Packaging,Ltd.Accessible Design AwardZONISAMIDE OD Tablets TRE [SAWAI](ZONISAMIDE OD Tablets 25mg TRE [SAWAI], ZONISAMIDE OD Tablets 50mg TRE [SAWAI])Sawai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.Sumitomo Bakelite Co., Ltd.★パッケージデザイン賞/アクセシブルデザイン賞/ロジスティクス賞パッケージデザイン賞『ポーラ B.A グランラグゼIV』㈱ポーラ最高級美容液として、次世代のラグジュアリーをテーマに「人」が生み出すモノの美しさと感性価値を追求したデザイン。人の手が創り出す有機的な造形により、心地良い手なじみを極限まで追求。周囲を優しく映しこみ見る角度で様々に表情を変える質感は、上質な心地よさを演出。外装は、日本の「手で折って包む」という、気持ちを込めて贈る文化を取り入れた。一枚の紙を精巧に折り上げ幾重にも重なった紙は、独自の美しさと輸送時の緩衝効果も兼ね備えている。容器にはリサイクル樹脂を採用し、リフィル対応や外装の省資源化により、顧客の廃棄ストレスを軽減。サスティナビリティ、機能性と審美性を両立した新しい包装形態である。アクセシブルデザイン賞『MACHI café リップッシュリッド』㈱ローソン東罐興業㈱三菱商事パッケージング㈱ローソンMACHI caféアイス飲料の香りを楽しんでいただくために、ストローレスの蓋の改良を行いました。ユニバーサルデザインを意識し、同時にプラスチック使用量の削減を目指しました。上唇を飲み口部に軽く押し当てるだけで飲み口が下方に開口する形状（リップッシュリッド）を選び、上下に自動開口する香り窓の大きさを広げる改良を行うことで、飲みながらより香りを楽むことが出来る蓋にしました。飲み口部は視認性と安全性を考慮して、波状にカットしております。試作実証の結果、上記の改善点が評価され、2023年８月に導入を開始、2024年３月までに全国展開致しました。㈱ローソン、東罐興業㈱、三菱商事パッケージング㈱の３社で意匠登録済。アクセシブルデザイン賞『ゾニサミドOD錠TRE「サワイ」（ゾニサミドOD錠25mgTRE「サワイ」、ゾニサミドOD錠50mgTRE「サワイ」）』沢井製薬㈱住友ベークライト㈱パーキンソン病治療薬ゾニサミドOD錠TRE「サワイ」の防湿PTPシートは、患者さんの取り扱いやすさと環境負荷低減を目指して開発されたシートである。高齢化とともに患者数が増加しているパーキンソン病では、運動症状により服薬時のPTPシートから錠剤を押し出す動作が負担になると考えられる。開発したPTPシートは、当社従来品の防湿性能を維持しつつ、シート厚みを当社従来品より23％の薄肉化を実現した。PTPシートから錠剤を押し出すことを想定した実験では約30％（25mg：32％、50mg：38％）の低減効果が得られた。さらに、使用されるプラスチック量が当社従来品より約22％削減されることで、地球温暖化に影響を及ぼす温室効果ガスを約24％削減する効果がある。14For a premium beauty essence, the packaging design embodies the beauty and sensibility of products created by “humans” under the theme of next-generation luxury. The container is made from recycled resin, and the refillable, resource-saving design reduces the disposal burden for consumers. This innovative packaging harmonizes sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics.an provides incorporates We have improved the strawless lid to enhance the aroma experience, allowing consumers to fully enjoy Lawson MACHI café iced drinks while targeting our goal of reducing plastic usage and prioritizing universal design. By selecting a “Lip Push Lid” design, which allows the cup’s mouth to open downward with a gentle press of the upper lip, and by enlarging the aroma window that opens both upward and downward, we enable consumers to better enjoy the aroma while drinking. The mouth of the lid is cut in a wavy shape for improved visibility and safety. Following prototype demonstrations, these enhancements were well received, leading to the lid’s introduction in August 2023 and a nationwide rollout by March 2024. The design is registered by three companies: Lawson Inc., TOKAN KOGYO CO., LTD., and Mitsubishi Corporation Packaging, Ltd.The Zonisamide OD tablets TRE [Sawai] is a medication for Parkinson’s disease. Its PTP (Press-Through-Package) sheet was developed to reduce environmental impact. Motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease may impose difficulties in pushing out a tablet from the PTP sheet. The PTP sheet has achieved a 23% reduction in thickness compared to our existing PTP sheet while maintaining moisture-proof performance. The force of pushing out a tablet from the PTP sheet was by approximately 30% (25mg: 32%, 50mg: 38%).
