The “Quick Stack Tray”With An A-Style Base.TOMOKU CO., LTD.Packaging Idea AwardWheel Fixing MaterialCENTRAL MOTOR WHEEL Co., LTD.Kyowa Corrugated Cardboard Co., Ltd.★包装アイデア賞／パッケージデザイン賞包装アイデア賞『剪定木のアップサイクルによるパルプモールド製トイカプセル』片桐紀子ダイナパック㈱福島の剪定木からパルプ繊維を取り出し、立体成形したパルプモールドでカプセルを作りました。カプセルトイを優しく包み、ガチャポンの内部もスムーズに通過でき、カプセルトイが壊れることはありません。使用後のカプセルも古紙として回収でき、リサイクルされます。包装アイデア賞『こんなトレーを待っていた！Ａ式ベースの『サッとスタックトレー』』㈱トーモク生産性が高いＡ式一貫工程でリーズナブルに製造できるトレー形の段ボールケースです。箱の上部を折り曲げるだけで桟部が形成され、ケースの積み重ねが容易にできます。底面はＡ式製函機を使用した自動組立てやテープ不要の手組みにも対応しており、幅広いニーズに対しご使用頂けます。樹脂トレーや番重のような通い箱を当該品に切り替えることで管理や保管のコストが削減されるだけでなく、古紙としてリサイクルできるため、人と環境にやさしいワンウェイの輸送箱です。包装アイデア賞『ホイール固定材』中央精機㈱協和ダンボール㈱展示用の自動車ホイールを会場へ輸送する際に、従来はインチごとに異なるサイズのダンボール箱を使用していたため、不揃いによる見栄えの悪さと、インチごとの発注数の偏りによる資材管理の手間が課題であった。ダンボール箱の統一化を図るため、新たに固定材を開発した。箱は、20インチのホイールを最大サイズとして設計した。固定材は、箱内の底面の四隅へ配置してホイールを固定する。固定材の有無と、入れる向きによって15～20インチの計６サイズのホイールに対応可能である。12A three-dimensionally molded pulp capsule has been created using pulp fiber extracted from pruned trees in Fukushima. The capsule gently encases the toy, allowing it to pass smoothly through the gachapon machine without damaging the contents. After use, the capsules can be collected as used paper for recycling.This is a tray-shaped cardboard carton that can be produced cost-effectively using the highly productive 0201 box manufacturing process. The frames are created by simply folding the upper part of the carton, making them easy to stack. The bottom is compatible with 0201 automatic assembly machines or can be manually assembled without the use of tape, meeting a wide range of needs. By replacing reusable transport boxes like plastic trays or Banju food trays with this product, management and storage costs can be significantly reduced. Additionally, it can be recycled as used paper, providing an eco-friendly, single-use transport solution.When transporting automobile wheels for exhibition to the venue, different sizes of cardboard boxes were previously used for each wheel size, resulting in a poor appearance due to the mix of box sizes complicated material management from uneven box orders for each size. To standardize the packaging, a new fixing material was developed. The box is designed to accommodate wheels up to 20 inches. Fixing materials are placed at the four corners of the box bottom to stabilize the wheels. The box can fit a total of six wheel sizes (15 to 20 inches), depending on the use and orientation of the fixing material.and Good Packaging
