An assembly packaging to export rear wiper motors of automobiles has been developed to improve assembly workability, eliminate paper-dust and reduce materials. Firstly, the workability has been improved by reducing the number of composed parts from six to one. Secondly, the acute angled parts have been separated from the cardboard to eliminate paper dust. Finally, the shape and the structure of the package have been redesigned by repositioning the content to improve the filling efficiency and material saving.
