The cover of the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) for engines used to be transported using a partition made of corrugated cardboard, which raised issues of paper dust adhering. By applying a foamed sheet to the bottom and fixing grooved parts made of PET to both sides to enhance holding ability, the issues have been resolved. In addition, the polymer surface area has been minimized for environmental friendliness.
