The conventional system of picking up 15 units at once has been replaced by the new system of placing the required parts for one product on a tray in order to avoid quality issues of picking mistakes, scratches and dents in the transportation from the warehouse to the assembling factory. As a result, person-hours have been reduced and picking mistakes have been eliminated at the assembling area by using vacuum formed PET trays where the parts are placed as required.
