This box has been improved for removing long products easily. A product is inserted from the long side of the box and removed from the short side. To add opening on the short side, conventionally, a die-cutting process with substantial cost was associated. But instead, a partial mold has been created in order to have a perforation and round shaped flap on the box.By setting the partial mold to the flexo folder gluer, printing, die-cutting, jointing, and folding can be completed in one process, which enables high-speed, low-cost production.
