This heat-resistant container was produced from a low-priced and easily available A-PET sheet by pressing it against the inner surface of the female mold after crystallization by heating a plug with a versatile vacuum and pressure forming machine. This plug-assisted structure has a plug with a heater made of aluminum alloy in the lower part and a female die in the upper part. In addition, resistance to heat up to 220℃ enables using it as a food container for microwave and oven use. Can also be used for logistics trays and parts trays for precision apparatus because the container maintains its shape, even at temperatures above 60℃.
