The conventional wooden package had issues requiring working hours to open the package because of wood screws used and the work space needed. The development applies corrugated cardboard to the entire upper part in order to remove the product with only a hand-lifter. The improvement enabled reducing 75 percent of total person-hours for packing and opening the box, 82kg of wooden waste and 25 percent of packaging volume.
