The 0201 carton used for baby chair packaging had difficulties for putting the chair into the package from the upper side and removing it because of the long pieces. The issues have been solved by ① separating the box into an upper part and a bottom part for easier packaging and un-packaging using a joint closure, ② attaching foamed cushioning materials to the legs of the chair with a pad to prevent shaking and jumping and ③ adding a perforation to open easily by pulling and un-locking.
