Packing two office chairs together using corrugated-made cushioning and fixing materials was complicated and time-consuming. Therefore, foldable cushioning materials and fixing materials made of double-rolled corrugated cardboard have been developed by improving cushioning and assemblability, enabling reducing the assembly time, materials and cost. With a reduction of approximately 50 percent of the corrugated cardboard, innovated cushioning materials for unstable shaped products are now available.
