PCB mounting trays for transportation between factories sometimes had low storage efficiency when they were contained in the cartons. Therefore, the layout and gaps of the vacuum-formed trays to contain and protect the PCB mounting have been modified to withstand box compression strength. As a result, containment capacity has improved from 180 pcs per carton to 272 pcs per carton with an increase of approximately 50 percent.
