Suntory’s 2R + B (Reduce and Recycle plus Bio) strategy replaces petroleum-derived materials with renewable ones to the extent possible while considering resin reduction and the efficient use of resources through utilizing recycled materials. The newly developed polyethylene cap for beverages uses 100 percent plant-derived ethylene as a main raw material and has been introduced for Suntory Natural Water (550 ml).
