Polystyrene foams, which are popular cushioning materials for multifunction machines, require much space for production, disposal, transport and storage while generating increased CO₂ emissions along with the usage. Therefore, our original air-filled cushioning materials that can convert any impact into heat have been developed to cover the upper portions and sides of the new machine. While being thin and lightweight, the new cushioning materials are for multifunction machines over 80 kg, reducing the volume by 51 percent and the weight by 21 percent compared to the conventional packaging.
