For 40 years, wooden crates were used to export the repair parts for air conditioners weighing approximately 800 kg per pallet. Considering the issues surrounding our forests, packages of 100 percent corrugated cardboard were developed using the NB-Ace-Plus reinforced corrugated board. The pallets can be stacked double while featuring five times safer performance and easy assemblability without dedicated working space. The results per 2000 sets per year show that CO₂ emissions have been reduced to 180 tons, the logistics cost to 20 percent and the person-hours to approximately one-third.
