We have developed a small capacity jelly drink that is easy to carry and to open while exercising (e.g., running). It causes no pain, is easy to grip and open, and has a bottle shape that makes it easy to drink from. After opening, the torn-off portion does not separate from the package because the opening has a shape that keeps it connected. Additionally, the package is made of a durable material that makes it dif cult to break open the package.
