While reducing the basic weight of liner, we upgraded the quality of paper to maintain the physical strength. Corrugation of the liner is kept sharp all the way to the edge due to a special liner cutting technique, which reduces the strength needed to open the carton by 60%. Safety at the point of opening becomes 10 times better with improved edges.
