Light and thin pulp mould packaging was successfully developed for a product of 33 kg, which was thought to be impossible before. The corrugated sheet under the product and pulp mould projections will absorb dropping impacts effectively. Unnecessary pulp mould parts were removed to realize the lightest possible package for heavy products.
