Previously, we packaged a stack of large pleated filters in telescope-type corrugated cardboard box four tiers high on a pallet, and since the packaging components were large due to need of assembling with the case frame and lid, and there was a large quantity of the parts, a lot of storage space was required. This time, we managed to reduce the stack to the same height as two boxes of the previous type by using an L-shape frame. As a result, we reduced man-hour by 45%, the number of components from 14 to 8, material cost by 20%, and storage space by 50%.
