Conventionally, packaging for train parts tends to use one way packaging with multiple material, and increase man-hour. To address this, we used high-strength honeycomb structured plastic material for exterior box, pasted cushioning and fixing materials on the inner surface, and developed reusable box, with water resistance and drainage holes, that is easy to use. Although the unit price of the box has increased, we were able to achieve sufficient cost-effectiveness through the reusability of the box.
