Previous packaging of elevator parts for export was bolted to a wooden crate, and was troublesome to remove nails and bolts, etc. during unpacking. We have developed corrugated cardboard packaging that improves packing operation by securing the product with partitions, eliminating bolts, covering with a sleeve and cap, and then securing with PP band. Further, the sleeve improves moisture intrusion making plastic wrapping and quarantine inspections unnecessary.
