We developed packaging with closure material free (such as band or tape), and it has closure function by itself. Also, in consideration of the environment, with the use of corrugated cardboard, which has extremely high recycling rate and low negative impact on the environment, we have decided to use only one material and succeeded in slimming down the thickness of the package. As a result, the package height was reduced by 46%, and the loading capacity of the trucks and containers was doubled, which greatly improved transporting efficiency.
