In the past, we used telescope-type box with foamed material for transporting glass panes, but the space was needed for the foam material, and there has been increased in the number of packing materials, such as gap filling spacers caused by different numbers of delivered panes. Our aim was to improve on these issues. With new assembled corrugated cardboard box, we reduced material costs and by making it possible to carry in as flat shape, we reduced material space. Moreover, due to the partial lid structure, different numbers of spacers are no longer required.
