For mail order sales, we developed a shipping box that builds confidence in the brand and a sense of security from the moment it is received. The corrugated cardboard with mixture of FSC-certificated materials was used for environmentally-friendly. Cut surfaces are provided with a wavy shape, reducing the risk of injury. Furthermore, use of OPP tape has been eliminated, and the box is closed by way of insertion flap and shipping label, thereby reducing packing time. In order to improve the opening process and maintain box strength, two type of perforations were applied according to their function.
