To improve convenience, a spout plug for a chilled-beverage paper container has been developed. We have adopted a seal shape that is easy to open and close, maintains sealing performance without a pull-ring, and does not generate excessive torque when uncapping. When uncapping for the rst time, a sense of having opened the container comes with the rupturing of a bridge. A shape for the spout makes the liquid inside pour out without any pulsating action and the stopping of the liquid is also good.
