We have developed a new container for “swallow-assisting food supplements” such as thickeners and gelling materials used by those whose swallowing ability has deteriorated due to aging or disease. It stays upright, does not require re lling, and comes with a special lid that opens with one touch, and a lightweight spoon. We have solved a container problem which had been a major focus of the industry until now and improved usability during food preparation at hospitals, care facilities, etc.
