We worked on improving transportation efficiency of packaging for hybrid car batteries by reducing the amount of packaging material and devising protrusions that overlap with shapes within the product. While using the fixing structure of existing products, minimizing the number of fixing points that hold the product and reduced the amount of material. Due to the special locking shape, the pallet side flaps were free-standing, improving workability. Furthermore, its use has expanded to other similar shape products.
