We adopt the highly-versatile RSC as the basic form and developed it to be easily opened with little deterioration in strength. A perforation goes around the entire periphery of the box, along the sides, and it can be opened so as to leave a tray shape. The perforation processing is carried out by a newly introduced equipment which enables less strength degradation compared with general die-cut processing. In addition, it leaves clean edges of the opening.
