In our previous package in which a PTP sheet was sandwiched in cardboard, which showed the day on which to take medication, the action of pushing the tablet out with the thumb of one hand and catching it with the palm of the other hand was difficult for elderly and handicapped people. With the scatter prevention cardboard, the tablet gets temporarily caught in a web-like structure that forms on the back of the cardboard when the tablet is pushed through from the top with the thumbs of both hands. Also, the tablet falls out onto the palm of a hand reliably when it is folded in two.
