By employing customized hand-carry wagon, activities of product packing and unpacking and pallet loading and unloading have been eliminated and reduced the working power. Additionally, the cost-down has been achieved by non-packing transportation through using the same wagon consistently both for storage and shipping in each factory in supply chains.
