A stackable vacuum formed tray has been developed considering the requirements of all processes from supplier to customer. This new stackable rotating tray raises a filling ratio and provides maximum quantity in the moduled box compared with normal stacking concept. As a result, introducing this new tray enables half cost reduction of packing, transportation, loading and unloading and two of manpower compared with the conventional ones.
