The corrugated low height box with wraparound style was sometimes deformed when stacked in the warehouse, due to moisture absorption in the rainy season, and was rejected finally.
The investigation of deformation by CAE was resulted to prevent stress concentration by the flap, and succeeded to avoid the deformation without increase of cost.
