New cushion for assembly packaging was developed for mass-batch customer, not as conventional individual packaging, it was intended to reduce the use of material and shortening the work man-hours. This cushion was made with the fusion of the skill of “TAKUMI” and the advanced processing technology, the fixation structure was constructed by only rolling the corrugated board sheet. Then anyone could assembled a cushion easily, and realized the sharp cut great reduction of man-hours, use of material and number of components, as the result.
