The slightly bent-down edge of the container creates a space in between the edge and the sealing where a fingertip can be smoothly inserted and the sealing can be easily pinched and lifted up. Also, the sealing is designed to be a little bit longer and wider than the edge of container to find the opening easily and to be open either from right or left.
